Galatasaray are chasing Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke.

Fotospor says Galatasaray chairman Abdurrahim Albayrak has held discussions with two senior figures at Liverpool, Michael Gordon and Philip Nash.

But while talks were primarily believed to be about Divock Origi, the Gala chief mentioned Solanke as another player he was interested in taking on loan.

The 21-year-old has not played a single minute for the Reds this season and managed just five starts in the whole of 2017-18.

Solanke scored both goals as the Young Lions beat Italy U21s last Friday and scored another two - including a brilliant back-heel chip - as Aidy Boothroyd's side smashed Denmark 5-1.
