Gabriel Barbosa was delighted with his Inter Milan debut for their 1-1 draw with Bologna.

Gabigol was a second-half substitute for the Nerazzurri.

“It is not the result I was hoping for, but I am happy for my debut. I was truly enchanted by the fans," noted Gabigol in a video interview on his social media accounts.

“It was a great moment and I couldn't wait to play. We did not get the victory, as clearly I wanted that for my teammates too, but I am happy to have played and hope to do so again soon.

“At the start I was a little tense, but by the end I was calm for my first game in Italy. The debut arrived during a good moment for the team.

“Playing at Inter is something different, but I am very happy. I hope to adapt soon and can't wait to play again, hopefully with a win."
