Fulham and Wolves could thwart Everton's pursuit of Abdoulaye Doucoure.
Watford are not willing to accept anything less than £25m up front to sell their star midfielder.
Everton have been tracking Doucoure since the summer of 2019 and want to finally complete a transfer after Watford were relegated to the Championship.
But it might not be easy as the London Evening Standard says their two Premier League rivals are also keen on the 27-year-old.
Doucoure has also attracted interest from clubs in France, but it is believed he would prefer to stay in the English top-flight.
