Fulham, Tottenham target Gudjohnsen told to find new club

Eidur Gudjohnsen has been axed from Iceland's Euro2012 qualifying squad.

The Mail on Sunday says Gudjohnsen has been dropped from the Iceland team to face Norway and Denmark in next week's Euro 2012 qualifiers.

Coach Olafur Johannesson left the striker out because he is between clubs. He is not training with Monaco and has been in Iceland for the last three weeks.

Tottenham and Fulham were reported to be interested in signing him on loan while Rangers rejected his wage demands.
