Fulham are preparing to lose superkid Ryan Sessegnon next year.
The Cottagers have opened the door for Sessegnon to join Tottenham or Manchester United.
The Sun says the Championship side have stepped up their pursuit of a left-back for the transfer window.
They have sounded out intermediaries over which full-backs are available in the clearest indication that Sessegnon, 17, could leave when the window opens in three weeks.
Spurs are long-term admirers of the England Under-19 star, who has been billed as Danny Rose's replacement at left-back, although he can also play further up the field.
United have also been keeping tabs on one of the game's top prospects.
