Fulham have opened talks with AC Milan for Mateo Musacchio.

Italian expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports Fulham have launched a bid to sign Musacchio.

He was signed from Villarreal a year ago for €18m, but Musacchio struggled for much regular first team football.

The Argentine made only 22 competitive appearances last season.

Fulham would be expected to better the fee Milan paid for Musacchio.
