Fulham have made a move for Atalanta defender Rodrigo Toloi.

Cottagers boss Claudio Ranieri is in the market for a new centre-half and working the Serie A transfer market.

TMW says Fulham have opened talks with the camp of Toloi about an immediate move to London.

Atlanta will be desperate not to lose the Brazilian, who has been a key member of coach Gian Piero Gasperini's exciting young team.

Along with Toloi, Fulham have also held talks with Juventus for Medhi Benatia.
