Fulham midfielder Scott Parker has revealed that he intends to enter into football management in the near future.
The former West Ham United and Tottenham star is already working on his coaching badges,and his next aim is to take FA Uefa Pro Licence course, which is a mandatory requirement to manage in the Premier League.
"My drive and passion is to be out there, to try to coach a team, to influence a side and give them something we can be proud of," he said.
"This course is a big commitment, one I've taken on while still playing. But this is what I want to do."
Parker has had an extensive career in English football with Charlton Athletic, Norwich City, Chelsea, Newcastle United, the Hammers, Spurs and Fulham which will hold him in good stead for a management career in the UK.
