Fulham midfielder Lewis Holtby remains hopeful of a future at parent club Tottenham.

The Germany international was offloaded to the Cottagers in January.

"My contract at Tottenham runs to 2017. As it stands now, I'll return and would be glad if I could then play there," Holtby told Kicker.

"But it's a long summer, and you never know what happens."
