Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer admits the appointment of Martin Jol as the club's new manager is an inspired move.
The former Tottenham boss was yesterday installed as the replacement for Mark Hughes, who stepped down after just one year in the job, and the Australian gloveman is tipping the Dutchman to bring something special to Craven Cottage.
"Martin Jol is a very well respected and successful manager," Schwarzer told the Sydney Morning Herald.
"His last job was at Ajax, prior to that he was at Hamburg and before that he was at Tottenham. They are some very big clubs he has been involved in.
"The Dutch are renowned for their coaching ability and I am looking forward to working with him."
