Fulham defender Joachim Andersen is proud to be the richest transfer in Danish football history.
Anderson is on-loan at Fulham from Lyon, who signed him from Sampdoria for a fee rising to €30m - a record for OL and also for Danish football.
He told Ekstra Bladet: "It's a cliché to say, but none of you have higher expectations of me than I have of myself.
"I am still proud to be the most expensive Dane, because even though it in itself does not matter, it shows that there were many interested clubs and that I had done something good in Sampdoria."
Andersen, who has impressed at Fulham, has a contract until 2024 in Lyon.
