Fulham want to lure Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole back to London.
The Sunday Mirror says Cole is a target for new Fulham manager Martin Jol.
Cole has endured a frustrating season at Liverpool where his appearances were restricted by injury and a failure to establish himself in the first team when fit.
The arrival of £16million man Jordan Henderson will also restrict his chances.
Jol could well ask for a season's loan from Cole, whose international career has also nosedived after he made a good initial impression on England boss Fabio Capello.
