Fulham boss Martin Jol has revealed the commitment of Pajtim Kasami.
Jol has revealed how Kasami took a 50 per cent pay cut before becoming a Premier League star with his wonder goal against Crystal Palace last Monday.
The 21-year-old Swiss star had a spell on loan at FC Luzern at the end of last season and Jol said: "We paid 50 per cent of the wages and the other club were supposed to pay the other half, but they didn't, so he paid the other 50.
"That was incredible because he wanted to play. Luzern had a very good, itchy player when he went over there. That was the first time in my career that I experienced that."
