Fulham boss Jol confident players will be up for Euro qualifier

Fulham boss Martin Jol is confident of success in tomorrow's Europa League qualifier.

Fulham's return to action comes as most teams continue to enjoy their summer breaks, but with European football returning to Craven Cottage on Thursday night, there is genuine excitement within the Club for the UEFA Europa League challenge that awaits.

"You can't take it [Thursday's match] lightly," Jol told fulhamfc.com. "It's a European game and I think all the lads want to prove themselves.

"It's a bit early in the season but I don't see it being a problem. You play football to play in Europe and test yourself at that level.

"We've got a couple of scouts in the Faroe Islands and they've provided us with some good footage."
