Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha has said it is a "dream" to be linked with Chelsea.
The Albania international is out of contract with the Serie A club.
Fulham and Chelsea have both been linked with the 27-year-old.
Strakosha told the Here We Go podcast: "I'm really honoured to be linked with a top club like Chelsea, it's a dream.
"I've been dreaming of the Premier League since I was a kid."
The Blues are reportedly looking at Strakosha to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga, who wants to leave Stamford Bridge.
