Fulham attacker Ryan Babel faces a court date with former club Al Ain.
Babel is being taken to court in a row over nearly £2million.
Abu Dhabi-based Al Ain, where Babel spent an unhappy few months in 2015-16, are refusing to pay the balance on his severance deal, reports The Sun.
After losing previous legal battles, Al Ain are now taking the Dutch forward to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Babel, 32, agreed a severance package on a two-year deal worth about £3m before things turned sour in the Middle East.
