Fulham and Swansea City have agreed upon a fee of £20m for Alfie Mawson.
According to Sky Sports, the Cottagers will pay £15m up front and another £5m potentially in add-ons.
The 24-year-old stopper will undergo a medical and discuss personal terms on Tuesday.
Mawson played every Premier League match last season and impressed several clubs, despite Swansea being relegated to the Championship.
Burnley and West Ham United were also interested in the former England U21 international.
