Real Madrid wing-back Lucas Vazquez's season is over.

After tests, Lucas has been diagnosed with a sprain in his left knee's cruciate ligament. That will keep him out for the rest of the season.

The Galician footballer suffered the injury in a clash with Sergio Busquets in Madrid's 2-1 Clasico win.

Lucas, barring a surprise recovery, will not be available as Madrid fight for the Champions League nor La Liga for the remainder of the campaign.
