Popular French pundit Pierre Menes has warned PSG face a hammering at Manchester United this week.
PSG go to Old Trafford needing victory to keep their hopes of qualilfying from their Champions League group on track. PSG go to England sitting in second place in Group H three points behind United. The French giants are ahead of third place Red Bull Leipzig courtesy of goal difference.
However, they also travel to Manchester on the back of a poor 2-2 draw with Bordeaux on Saturday. PSG failed to build on a 2-1 halftime lead and were fortunate to escape with a point.
For Menes, the Ligue 1 champions should be concerned, particularly the way they played in the second-half.
Menes warned on his blog via Le 10 Sport: "Now Paris will play for its season on Wednesday at Old Trafford.
"If (coach Thomas) Tuchel's players reproduce the same first half as against Bordeaux, they will have a chance.
"If it's the second, they might take a historic spanking!"
Menes, a former development director Stade de Reims, is among the most popular and influential pundits in France. He has been with Canal+ for 11 years.
