Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu wants playing guarantees before agreeing a move to Arsenal.

The Turkey international has only seen regular game time in the German top flight over the last two seasons but any deal is expected to cost in the region of £35m.

However, Soyuncu is keen to ensure guaranteed minutes on the pitch before agreeing on a move to the Premier League.

“For me, it must be a team where I can play first," he told Ajansspor. “We will evaluate my chances of playing.

“It's best to wait. The English league is a very good league. Of course I have a goal to play in top clubs.

"Freiburg is the first step. It has been very good for two years.

“A decision will be made in the interests of all of us."
