Freiburg sports director Klemens Hartenbach admits they haven't fielded offers from Arsenal for Caglar Soyuncu.

The Turkey defender was linked with the Gunners this summer, but Freiburg insist there's been no concrete bid for the youngster.

"Arsenal has never approached us and we expect Söyüncü to play for us next year," said Hartenbach.

Freiburg coach Christian Streich was also eager to warn off suitors.

He added, "We completely plan the future with him and everything else does not interest us!"
