Trevor Bumstead has been named U16 coach at Arsenal.
He had previous coaching experience with West Ham United and Southend United.
Bumstead's promotion means Jan Van Loon has been named head of individual development.
Meanwhile, Invincible Freddie Ljungberg has been appointed Arsenal U15 coach.
