Lucas Digne has warned France they must be wary of his Everton teammate Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Sigurdsson scored a superb goal to help Everton beat Leicester 2-1 on Saturday.

And Digne knows France must be on their best to stop Sigurdsson when he's playing for Iceland on Thursday.

"Gylfi is so good and a very important player for us at Everton," he said.

"His goal was amazing and it was important for the team. When he shot I said, 'Wow!'. As soon as he hit the ball you could see it was going to be a goal.

"I spoke to him after the game and said, 'Don't score the same goal against France!"
