France coach Didier Deschamps says Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial deserves his recall.

Martial is back in the Les Bleus squad thanks to a superb season for United.

Deschamps remarked: “Since the World Cup, three or four times he was due to be part of our squad, for various different reasons it didn't happen.

"With what he has been doing since last season... he is back in the squad."

Martial hasn't played for the French national team since March 2018.
