France coach Didier Deschamps has hailed veteran pair Olivier Giroud and Hugo Lloris.
AC Milan striker Giroud scored in the World Cup round of 16 win against Poland, so making him France's greatest goalscorer.
Tottenham captain Lloris, meanwhile, has again impressed throughout the campaign so far.
Deschamps said: "Olivier Giroud is an amazing player, and there are many who say now, even though he has been criticized.
"He has always had to fight things in his own way. When he has not been decisive, he has still been useful to the team.
"He prefers the collective victory, but that we won while breaking the record, it matters. Not everyone can beat Thierry Henry.
"Then there is also Hugo Lloris, one of those who has been with us since the 2014 World Cup, and he is still here.
"I have to emphasise how much it takes to be at this level for so long.
"They will always win, and then they also want to learn from the young players."
