France coach Didier Deschamps has reassured Chelsea over N'Golo Kante's injury.
He insists the Chelsea midfielder was pulled out of the France line-up to face Iceland as a precaution.
Kante handed Chelsea boss Frank Lampard a fresh injury worry by limping off with a groin problem in the warm-up ahead of France's Euro 2020 qualifying win over Iceland on Friday night.
"He felt a pain in the adductor muscle" said the France boss after the match.
"He had a feeling where he did not feel comfortable to play.
"I made the decision [to pull him from the squad], because maybe it could get even worse. I knew Moussa would be ready."
Asked whether Kante would play against Turkey, Deschamps said: "I do not think it's too serious for NG [Kante], but I do not have an answer tonight."
