Swansea City are contemplating a loan move for former Chelsea winger Gael Kakuta, according to The Sun.
The 25-year-old currently plays for Chinese Super League club Hebei China Fortune but could do a reverse of what a lot of other players are currently doing, by coming back to Europe from the Far East.
La Liga club Deportivo La Coruna are also said to be interested in his services.
The former France youth international joined the Blues in a controversial move from Lens in 2007. He could never cement his place in Chelsea's senior squad and had loan spells with the likes of Fulham, Bolton Wanderers, Dijon, Vitesse Arnhem, Lazio and Rayo Vallecano
Following the expiration of Kakua's contract with the Blues, he joined Sevilla in 2015, however, his spell in Spain didn't last long and he moved to China in February 2016.
Reports in France, via The Sun, suggest that Swansea boss Paul Clement is keen on the winger having already captured Luciano Narsingh from PSV Eindhoven last week.
