Jose Mourinho's former assistant at Chelsea, Jose Morais, has been appointed manager of Turkish outfit Antalyaspor.
Morais will take over from former Blues striker Samuel Eto'o, who was temporarily appointed player/manager following the sacking of Yusuf Simsek.
Morais had worked alongside Mourinho for a number of years, joining his Portuguese compatriot during his stints at Porto, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Chelsea.
"The first aim is to lift our position in the league. This year the club is celebrating its 50th birthday. We need to present something new to our fans as a gift," Morais said following his appointment.
