Former Chelsea manager Avram Grant would be surprised if the club let captain John Terry leave.
The England international has been strongly linked with a move to cashed-up Manchester City despite calls from Chelsea that he is not for sale.
Ex-Israeli national team boss Grant says it would be a big surprise if Terry changed clubs.
I would be surprised," he said.
"I don't know what happened since I left, I can only speak from my time at Chelsea.
"He was a very good captain and a very good player. But I'm not at Chelsea now so I don't know what has happened.
"I don't think John Terry cares about money. You see how he is, he is desperate to win games and to do it in the right way."
