Former Celtic striker Anthony Stokes has signed a three-year deal with Championship club Blackburn Rovers, according to the Daily Express.
The 27-year-old was recently released by Celtic after manager Brendan Rodgers made it clear that he would not be featuring in his plans at Parched.
QPR and Rotherham were also interested in Stokes but they were not able to match the terms offered by Rovers.
It is understood that the deal will be announced on Friday once Stokes completes his medical with the Lancashire club.
