Nottingham Forest are very unlikely to make Renan Lodi's loan move permanent in the summer.
The full-back has been at Forest since the start of this season, eventually becoming a regular for manager Steve Cooper.
However, Revelo journalist Mateo Moretto states that Lodi may return to Atletico Madrid in the summer.
Forest have an option of €30 million to secure Lodi on a permanent basis.
However, such a sum may be beyond the budget of a club that will have other positions to strengthen in the summer.
The 24-year-old could still return to Forest if they negotiate a lower fee, but moving to another club appears more likely.
