Florida wide broadcasting deal for Orlando City

Orlando City SC have announced a new state-wide broadcast agreement with Fox Sports Florida, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The multi-year deal will see Fox and its Sun Sports affiliate showcase 18 Orlando matches this season, the club's first in MLS.

All matches will be made available on mobile and tablet devices, as well as in Spanish via the two networks' SAP function.

The agreement, announced two games into the new MLS season, comes into effect with Orlando's next home fixture against the Vancouver Whitecaps on 21st March.

"Our fans across the state will now be able to follow their favourite team all season long thanks to this outstanding partnership," said Orlando's president and founder Phil Rawlins.

"As with our great partners at Fox 35, we look forward to working with Fox Sports Florida to deliver a first class broadcast for all our fans across the Sunshine State."

In addition to the 18 games televised regionally by Fox Sports Florida, Orlando are also slated to appear on the national Sunday evening broadcast provided by US-wide 24-hour network Fox Sports 1 five times in 2015.
