Fleetwood Town boss Joey Barton admits he has ambition to coach Olympique Marseille.
Former Newcastle United midfielder Barton enjoyed a successful spell with OM during his playing career and has maintained contact with the French giants.
He told L'Equipe: "It is my intention, in any case. But I will only take the job when I speak fluently (French). I can't wait too! I will try to be better as an OM coach than I have been as an OM player. There is room.
"(Andre) Villas-Boas has done a great job, unfortunately we could not fully appreciate it because of the health crisis."
