Jon Flanagan is determined to make it at Liverpool.

The defender also feels they can finish in the top four.

"It's a big ask to be a regular but that is my ambition. I want to cement a place in this squad for years to come. I will keep working hard and hopefully I can achieve that.

"In past years Liverpool haven't done so well.

"We haven't been challenging for that top-four spot but this year hopefully we will get one. Just to be involved in that is brilliant for me.

"It's on my mind every night when I go to sleep, thinking about Champions League football.

"Hopefully we will achieve that."
