Flamengo say they will not be competing for QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
The Brazilian has been linked with Fla, along with Arsenal and Fulham.
Fla vice-president Wallim Vasconcellos told Radio Tupi: "Julio Cesar is a great goalkeeper and could play for any team, but he is not one of our concerns right now."
