Flamengo have made a move for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa.

After being crowned Copa Libertadores champions, Goal says Flamengo aren't resting on their laurels and going for Diego Costa.

They have made the Atletico forward their No1 transfer target, convinced they can sign him for €25-30m.

Recently, the Spain international stated: “Of course I want to play in Brazil, because I never played. So I have this desire and this dream.

"To clubs like Flamengo, if the time comes, if you have this possibility, you will not say no. But you have to be fit because it's a great team."
