Montenegro's FK Bubamara hope to secure a partnership agreement with Arsenal.
FK Bubamara's teenage striker Veljko Batrovic is set to sign for Arsenal next week and the club's chairman Budom Miranovic is keen to explore the prospect of their academy becoming a feeder club for the London giants.
The 'Young Guns' website says Arsenal boast a similar arrangement with Spain's Salamanca.
