Danny Gabbidon hopes to be part Avram Grant's revolution at West Ham United.
Gabbidon has been plagued by injury problems for the last four years and has struggled to command a regular first-team place at Upton Park.
The Welsh international is convinced he has now made a full recovery from a long-term groin problem and wants to play a major role for West Ham in the Premier League.
With uncertainty over the long-term future of skipper Matthew Upson, Gabbidon knows he could get the chance.
Gabbidon said: "I am pleased to get through the games. I have been feeling pretty good and I am getting stronger.
"I had a decent pre-season last year but it was in the season that I had a few little niggles. Hopefully I can improve on that this season."
