Firmino hands out 200 gifts to Liverpool staff

Liverpool star Roberto Firmino's final goodbye to Anfield is taking shape.

The Brazilian is departing in the summer after eight years of goals and trophies under boss Jurgen Klopp.

Firmino scored in his last home game for the club, a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa last weekend.

Per Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Firmino prepared 200 gift boxes for club employees, teammates, friends, and family to give away at a farewell dinner party.

In a tweet, he said: "He prepared 200 gift boxes for his farewell. He gave them to his guests on Sunday evening in Liverpool - including club employees, teammates, friends and family.

"The gifts included a special shirt signed by him and a specially created perfume by Firmino.

“The party was very emotional. Talks with potential new clubs will start now. Out of respect for Liverpool, he has so far not considered other teams. #LFC."
