Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat was delighted after their Europa Conference League win against Lech Poznan.

The Viola won their first-leg quarterfinal clash 4-1 last night.

Amrabat said: "We are very glad with this result. It is a great night for us. We created a lot of chances and could have scored even more.

"And we played against a really good team, amazingly supported by their fans. That make this result even more precious.

"I know it is cliche to say something like this, but this is football and you can still expect anything. It is not over, but of course this result puts us in a very good situation."
