West Ham United are closing on a deal for Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic.

West Ham, reports TMW, will hold a new round of talks with Fiorentina for the Serbia international on Monday.

There's a confidence on both sides of a table of a deal being closed.

Indeed, Fiorentina are already in the process of signing Milenkovic's replacement. A medical has been scheduled for Schalke defender Matija Nastasic.

Once a fee is settled with West Ham for Milenkovic, Fiorentina will quickly move to close a deal for Nastasic.
