Fiorentina director Joe Barone admits they want to grow the club's profile abroad.

Barone was speaking with Greece's Cosmote TV.

He stated, "Our identity and our way of playing it is very precise, it is a very European identity.

"I had the opportunity to speak with two Greek clubs and during the break of the championship I would love to take Fiorentina to Greece for friendlies.

"This is also to bring our brand to Greece and have you get to know Fiorentina."
