Fiorentina coach Prandelli satisfied with Genoa draw

Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli was satisfied with their 1-1 draw against Genoa.

The Viola bounced back in stoppages through Nikola Milenkovic, as Marko Pjaca had given the Rossoblu the lead at the Artemio Franchi in the 89th minute.

“Maybe the wind has changed," Prandelli told Sky Sport Italia. “In the second half Fiorentina were effective and orderly.

“We wasted chances, but I liked what I saw. I have been here for two weeks; we can't work miracles.

“In the first half, we were slow to set up, but we were balanced and had no worries. Let's take this point for our morale and for how we are working. It's like a win."

On a quiet Franck Ribery, the coach added: “He's working well, but he has to work harder on his timing of cutting inside. They always double up on him, we have to help him create spaces."
