Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano insists an escape clause in his contract isn't an issue.

Ahead of today's clash with AC Milan, Italiano is being linked with Napoli.

My contract has been the same since the first day, having a clause or not changes very little. I am the Fiorentina coach, I have a contract and that certifies my present and future. Fiorentina have been in the top places from the start and has what it takes to stay there. We could've done without our recent setbacks, there has been frustration, but we must do more if we want to remain where I believe we deserve to be.
