Fiorentina chief Joey Barone admits there's fresh anger towards striker Dusan Vlahovic over his behaviour.

Vlahovic offered a new interview with the Serbian media as he seeks a move away from Florence, something which has angered Viola management.

Barone said today: "If anything has changed in the relationship between Vlahovic and Fiorentina? The interview has never been authorised by the club and according to what we have been told by the agent there have been no further openings in recent weeks.

"At the end of November there was a meeting between (president Rocco) Commisso and Vlahovic's agent where the amounts requested by the player and the manager had almost doubled.

"Unfortunately we had to witness a total lack of respect on the part of the agent. Later I met privately with Ristic, as documented from a photo, but there have been no steps forward in a negotiation that has been going on for a year now .

"One of the hypotheses that Ristic offered us was that he could run down his contract but this is certainly not a good thing for how Fiorentina behaved with him. I think, however, that Vlahovic should not deceive the fans and us. We are here to tell the truth. The situation is very complicated, for sure the player's entourage makes it clear that they can get to a free transfer."
