A spokesman for the Arab-Swiss consortium being linked with a Roma takeover says they're serious about buying the capital club.
Vinicio Fioranelli said: "I am very confident, we have everything we need to go forward and we'll see what happens.
"We have no deadlines. This story has been going on for a long time and sooner or later it will come to a head, but it depends on us rather than the Sensi family.
"This puts me in a position of immense responsibility towards the city, the fans and the media. We are aware this is a huge matter and it's not something you do on a whim getting up in the morning. We are evaluating the situation and a decision will be made."
