FIFA has confidence that the Curitiba stadium will be ready for this year's World Cup.
The Arena de Baixada venue in southern Brazil is currently under development but FIFA vice-president Jerome Valcke is of the belief that everything will be in place before June.
"FIFA secretary-general Jerome Valcke believes that Curitiba is moving in the right direction," read an email to AFP on Tuesday.
Curitiba will play host to Australia's Group B clash with World Cup holders Spain on June 23 as well as Group F's Iran v Nigeria on June 16, Group E's Honduras v Ecuador on June 20 and Group H's Algeria v Russia on June 26.
