Cesena coach Massimo Ficcadenti wasn't satisfied with their 0-0 draw against AS Roma on Saturday.

Cesena were in Serie C two years ago and were fresh from back-to-back promotions, making their top flight comeback after 19 years.

Ficcadenti was hired this summer, because tactician Pierpaolo Bisoli quit to join Cagliari.

He said: "There are certainly many things we need to improve upon, but that is absolutely normal at this stage of the season.

"At this point my main focus is understanding the characteristics of individuals and how to adapt them to the system.

"Considering what we saw on the field, I'd say we are on track with our plans."
