FFF security officer says team organised to protect Pogba and Mum as Mathias says 'mask will fall like Weinstein and R.Kelly'

Testimony from a member of security for the French Football Federation has been published today regarding Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

Pogba's older brother Mathias released a series of videos from custody expanding on his accusations against the former Manchester United midfielder and his management team.

RMC Sport has now published an account from a member of the FFF security as part of the investigation into the alleged extortion of Paul Pogba.

"Today he (Paul) cut ties with his brother," said the security officer. “I think it's because of that (recent events. And after inquiring with his agent Rafaella, it seems his brother blamed him for not associating him with the Amazon movie.

"I was informed by Paul and Rafaella (Pimenta, agent) that several people including Mathias, his brother, came to Paul's mother's home.

“Paul and Rafaella then asked me if it was possible to put in a security service and I had a group from the company with which we are used to working put in.

"Five or six people came to the mother's home with Mathias to say that they had to pay and that they were afraid.

“I specify that the security service dispatched by the company arrived on the scene and that the protagonists were already inside the home (…) the group of people then left during the afternoon."

Meanwhile, as part of his video series yesterday, Mathias stated: "The masks will fall, like R. Kelly, (Harvey) Weinstein and (Benjamin) Mendy. And you will see that it is not pretty to see. Being famous does not mean that you are necessarily a good person. No one is above justice."
