Ferran Torres is delighted with his move to Barcelona.

The €55m signing from Manchester City was presented to Barca fans and the local media today. Over 15,000 fans attended Torres' presentation at the Nou Camp.

He said, "These have been very special days for me. Thanks everyone and now it's time to enjoy today's training with all the fans. I can't wait any longer to play at the Camp Nou.

"I've always said that I went to City to return to one of the great Spanish clubs. Barça told me that they loved me, I'm an ambitious player and I think it's a great opportunity for me.

"I've been playing as a forward at City, but my position is far right. The more versatile, the better for the coach. The important thing is to play, it doesn't matter the position.

"The injury is going very well, we are on schedule. I hope to be for the Supercopa and even earlier. I like great challenges and I considered that Barça was a good option. I want to do my bit."
